As part of a CCH Tagetik project for the NORMA Group We have successfully completed the following tasks:

  • Forecast implementation: Holistic conception and system-side implementation of a dynamic forecast model.
  • Process-specific ETL logic: Development and optimization of internal ETL processes for automated data preparation and transfer for the forecasting process.
  • Input reports: Design and implementation of structured input forms for the worldwide, standardized collection of planning data.
  • Reporting: Development of meaningful reports for the precise analysis and control of global forecast results.

This implementation helps the NORMA Group to manage its international financial processes precisely and with a future-oriented approach.

As part of an interim assignment in Group Accounting at Flender We provided professional support for the closing processes and technically optimized the system landscape in CCH Tagetik:

  • Interim management in group accounting: Operational support in group financial reporting and ensuring adherence to deadlines in the closing process.
  • Optimization of the IC matching process: Professional redesign and technical improvement of intercompany reconciliation to reduce discrepancies. Implementation of specific ETL logic in CCH Tagetik for the automated processing and validation of intercompany data.
  • Process improvement in the current state analysis: Improved data quality and process speed through optimized validation rules and automated data transfer.

For the HELM AG We have holistically designed and technologically implemented the global planning and forecasting processes in CCH Tagetik in a future-oriented manner:

  • Integrated Financial Planning (Financials & Analytical Workspace): Implementation of budgeting and forecasting through the combination of the classic financial module with the powerful Analytical Workspace.
  • High-performance architecture: Use of the Analytical Workspace for efficient processing of large, granular data sets and complex calculation logics in operational planning.
  • Global Budget & Forecast Implementation: System-level mapping of the entire planning cycles to increase forecast accuracy in an international corporate environment.
  • Data harmonization: Seamless integration of detailed planning data from the Analytical Workspace with the consolidated group view in the Financial module.

Through this integrated solution, HELM AG benefits from a high-performance, consistent planning basis for precise global corporate management.

Our TM1 experience

We have extensive experience in implementing and supporting TM1 across various industries. Projects our team has successfully completed in the past include:

  •  Teambank AG: Technical implementation of operational and multi-year planning, revision of the frontend and administration, as well as coaching and support in TM1.
  •  Schwäbisch Hall Building Society AG: Training and education of employees in TM1 as well as the design and implementation of a statistical reporting system.
  •  Quarzwerke GmbH: Implementation of investment planning and development of a customer-specific reporting system with TM1, including the automation of workflow processes.
  •  Funke Media Group: Expansion of liquidity planning and multi-year planning, adaptation of the Cube design and conversion of reporting to PAW.
