Founding of Gramke Consulting in Düsseldorf
Gramke Consulting was founded as an independent company in Düsseldorf in July 2020. The focus is on consulting and implementing Corporate Performance Management (CPM) solutions, particularly with CCH Tagetik. Through customized solutions, we support companies in optimizing their financial processes and making data-driven strategic decisions.

In 2022, Gramke Consulting achieved the status of an official CCH Tagetik partner. This partnership enables us to offer our clients enhanced support and expertise in the implementation and use of this powerful software solution.
Establishment of Gramke Consulting GmbH in Prague
In December 2023, we founded Gramke Consulting GmbH in Prague, which serves as our headquarters (HQ). This central location allows us to respond more efficiently to the needs of our clients throughout the region.
Introduction of IBM Planning Analytics (TM1)
In September 2025, we expanded our portfolio to include IBM Planning Analytics (TM1). This powerful software complements our offerings and enables us to provide our customers with comprehensive planning and analysis capabilities that significantly improve their decision-making processes.

Strong staff growth and opening of a second office in Prague

As a former Head of Finance and Head of Group Controlling, he combines technical systems expertise with in-depth practical experience in consolidation and planning.
